I accept most forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and checks - but no first born children, please. My site is secure so you can order with confidence. If you wish to pay by check, just follow the directions at check out. If you have a problem with ordering online or you just want a human voice to connect with, just give me a call at 763-476-8745.
Taxes
Minnesota residents are automatically taxed 6.5 percent.
Delivery
I make every effort to make your order and ship it out as soon as possible. Normally, it takes a three to four week turn around time. If yours is a custom order, I get swept away by a tornado or I am just plain ankle deep in alligators, it may take longer. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as I receive your order. If this is a concern, please contact me.

USA prices are based on the average weight, and insurance paid to protect
your package.
Orders up to $100 = $4.00
Orders up to $200 = $8.00
Orders up to $300 = $10.00
Orders up to $400 = $12.00
Orders up to $500 = $14.00
Orders over $500 = $16.00
International Orders are based on United States Postal Service's Global Priory Mail. This is the best value for small packages: time in transit varies.
Canada & Mexico
Orders up to $100 = $9.00
Orders over $100 = $12.00
Other International Countries
Global Priority goes to 51 countries. To see a list of those countries: http://pe.usps.gov/text/Imm/Immctry.html If you're not in one of them, contact me via email. I'll see what I can do.
Orders up to $100 = $11.00

Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your miniature art, first contact me (but break it to me gently). I will be more than happy to discuss this with you. If we can't work something out, just send it back within 30 days and I will gladly refund your money.
Damaged Goods
If you receive anything that is broken, please contact me. Domestic orders are insured so I can inform UPS and arrange a pick up of your package. Once received, I can determine if your item is fixable, or if I need to make a new one.
